Day 7: Food
This is my most favorite food picture - and what makes it extra special to me is this is a dish that my niece and I created for our family Christmas gathering a few years back. We roasted garlic then smooshed it and folded it in to cream cheese, added some other seasonings and then piped it into the little colored peppers. The center of the platter was filled with Giardiniera pickled vegetables and pickled mushrooms. Tasted so yummy and was so pretty!
