What a great read...not what I usually read but boy this was a good one you don’t want to miss out on! I totally recommend this book to everyone, no matter what your normal "type of book" is. The plot was masterful, the character were engaging, and the mystery and drama that unfolded sucked me in from the first page.
JP Bloch has woven a story with twists and turns that keep you turning the pages to find out what is going to happen next and just how far down the rabbit hole these characters were going to fall. And then, just when you think things can’t get any more out of control, he throws something else into the mix to stir things up and make you rethink what you thought you already knew.
When Dr. Jesse Falcon has his identity stolen, his life begins a downward spiral. His identity thief has his own set of problems, and when their lives begin to intersect at more points than just Dr. Falcon’s bank account, things go from crazy to extreme and everywhere in between. No one is who they seem, everyone has secrets, and when all the cards are finally played, you’re not sure just who is going to have the winning hand.
I highly recommend this book to everyone – you will not be disappointed!

Doc Bloch, as he affectionately calls himself, teaches criminology, gender, and other things. He has appeared on TV and radio numerous times. Having grown up in different households, he became interested at a young age in the fragility of self-identity. On his own since age 15, he also developed a lifelong interest in finding food and shelter. Thus he hopes you will buy this book. He has discarded many identities himself over the years before sticking with chocolate mint chip. JP is also a victim of identity theft, which is ironic since he has no money.
He enjoys people who have gained wisdom from hardship and ask questions more than they assume answers. His turn-offs include Brussels sprouts, bigotry, and people who think life is simple.
Besides novels, he writes poetry, nonfiction and scholarly articles. JP’s paintings have been hailed as naïve folk art. Tumultuous skies are preferred over sunny ones.
